ORDER
This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent Police to register the FIR based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 28.03.2018.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner did not appear for enquiry. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to illness, the petitioner did not appear for enquiry and he undertakes before this Court that the petitioner shall co-operate for enquiry, before the second respondent Police.
3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
