Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The writ petitioner claims that he is the Poojari of certain temple. According to him, the fourth respondent is interfering with his poojari rights. He, therefore, wants this Court to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to recommend to the third respondent for initiating suitable criminal action against the fourth respondent.

3. I am of the view that such a relief cannot be granted in this writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
