The above petition has been filed seeking substitution of the first respondent Managing Trustee, who is reported dead, for the present Secretary Swamy Athmanandha.

2. Heard both sides and also perused the records.

3.The learned counsel appearing the respondents 3 to 8 and 9 would submit that they are not having objections to allow this petition. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the submissions made on either side, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment.

5.Mr.H.Arumugam, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the newly substituted first respondent.

6.Post the matter on 10.03.2026. Counter affidavit, if any, by then.
