ORDER

According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the third respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the family dispute between the parties has been settled. Therefore, the complaint of the third respondent is closed.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
