ORDER

According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the case has been registered against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 420, 406 IPC and 56 of the Chit Funds Act, 1982 in Crime No.8 of 2018. The copy of the First Information Report has also been placed before this Court.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
