This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register the FIR on the basis of the complaint, dated 28.11.2017 and take further action against the accused.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the closure report and submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted by the second respondent Police and after enquiry, the complaint was closed by the second respondent, as the parties themselves settled the dispute. 3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
