ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the the second respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint, dated 19.05.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 19.05.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken and hence, the petitioner has filed the present Criminal Original Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that the petitioner's complaint, dated 19.05.2018 is pending and the petitioner has not co-operated for the enquiry. If the petitioner co-operated the enquiry, the said enquiry will be completed within two weeks.

4.In the light of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) and also recording the undertaken given by the petitioner that the petitioner will co-operate for the enquiry as and when required by the respondent police, the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and proceed with the enquiry in accordance with law. If the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
