O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing Respondents to survey and fix the boundary of the Petitioner's land in Survey No.634/1 having extent of 3 acres 45 cents situated at Pudukkottai Village, Vedasanthur Taluk, Dinidugl District and another Survey No.631 having extent of 1 acre 50 cents situated at Pudukkottai Village, Vedasanthur Taluk, Dindigul District based on Petitioner's representation dated 24.05.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued the second respondent to verify the revenue and other records as to its classification, ownership, possession, enjoyment, rival claims, civil disputes etc., in respect of the property and conduct an enquiry after affording opportunity of personal hearing to all the parties interested for the purpose of survey of the land and pass orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
