ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, to dispose of the case in M.C.No.8 of 2015 within a time stipulated by this court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the grievance expressed by the petitioner and the fact that the petition before the lower Court is only for Maintenance, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction:- "The learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, is directed to expedite the trial and to dispose of the case in M.C.No.8 of 2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
