ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that FIR came to be registered in Crime No.104 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 323 IPC and 4 of TNPHW Act, 2002. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
