O R D E R

The parties have filed a joint memorandum of compromise dated 02 July 2015. The compromise memo is taken on record. 2.Since the suit is pending before the learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirapalli, the petitioner and the respondents are permitted to file joint memorandum of compromise before the said Court, to pass a final decree, in terms of compromise deed. 3.As per the memorandum of compromise, the parties have to make certain payments and deliver property on or before 31 October 2015. 4.The trial Court is directed to record memorandum of compromise and thereafter, post the matter after 31 October 2015 for passing final decree, instead of a preliminary decree.

5.The civil revision petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.(MDP) No.1 of 2015 is closed.
