ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 24.09.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 342, 363, 366(A), 376, 506(ii) IPC, Sections 5(1)(m)(i)(u) read with 6 and 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Sections 9(u) read with 10 and 18 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, in Crime No.28 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the petitioner is that he is an innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. The petitioner is in judicial custody from 24.09.2015. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) filed a counter affidavit and submitted that the petitioner had sexually tortured ten female children for one year and he also threatened them and the offences are very serious in nature. Investigation is pending. If the petitioner is released on bail, he will tamper the evidence and hamper the investigation.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the serious nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and accordingly this petition is dismissed. sd/- 17/08/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
