ORDER

In the Civil Revision Petition, early disposal of the suit in O.S.No. 35 of 2014 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Aranthangi in Pudukkottai District is sought for.

2. Heard Mr.N.Balakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.G.Muthukannan, learned counsel appearing for respondents 3, 4, 6 and 7.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3, 4, 6 and 7 would say that the respondents 3, 4, 6 and 7 are ready to face the case.

4. Plaintiff seeks relief with regard to the enjoyment of property, in other words, the plaintiff seeks relief with respect to easementary right. Unlike money suits and bank suits, these matters cannot wait, because, it is concerned with very enjoyment of the property, more so, in this case it is stated that it is concerned with reaching the main road. Whether he is entitled to do so or not is required to be adjudicated quickly. Such quick decision will enure benefit to both sides. The triable issues are ready.

5. In the circumstances, the learned District Munsif, Aranthangi is directed to try and dispose of the Suit in O.S.No. 35 of 2014 at an early date after giving reasonable opportunity to both sides preferably within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned District Munsif, Aranthangi is also directed to send a completion report to the Registry. Both sides are requested to give their fullest co-operation to the trial court to complete its work within the prescribed period. Accordingly, this revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
