[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] With reference to the relief sought for in this writ petition, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India appearing for the respondents 2 to 4, on instructions, submitted that construction activities of AIIMS Hospital are in progress and Phase-I project will be completed by January, 2026 and it will be handed over to the authorities concerned for operation.

2. In view of the above submission, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. [S.M.S., J.] [A.D.M.C., J.] 07.08.2025 NCC :
