PRAYER in both CRPs: Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Section 25 of Tamilnadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control Act, 1960 as amended by Act 1 of 1980 to call for records and set aside the fair and decreetal order, dated 01.04.2015 passed in R.C.A.Nos.27 & 30 of 2013, on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge-cum-Rent Control Appellate Authority of Madurai confirming the order, dated 09.07.2013 passed in R.C.O.P.No.63 of 2007 on the file of the Additional District Munsif-cum-Rent Controller of Madurai Town and thus allow these Civil Revision petitions.

For Petitioner : Mr.T.R.Jeyapalam For Caveator/ Respondent : Mr.M.Rajaraman COMMON ORDER The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondent submitted that the parties have settled the matter and they have filed a joint memo to that effect and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petitions. The learned counsel for the petitioner also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the submission made by both parties, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. The memo of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

compromise, dated 22.02.2017 shall form part of the order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
