ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The writ petitioner questions the impugned order of suspension. 3.After going through the entire materials on record, I am satisfied that interest of justice will be served by directing the second respondent to pass final order on merits and in accordance with law. It is stated by the learned Government Advocate that charge memo was issued on 25.01.2022 and that enquiry has since been completed. The petitioner is under suspension for more than one year. The petitioner's suspension will obviously be subject to the final order to be passed by the second respondent. The second respondent shall pass such an order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
