The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to remove the petitioner's name from the history sheet bearing No.445 which is being maintained by the third respondent, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.02.2026.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.02.2026 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
