This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondents to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.12.2017 and further direct them to investigate the case in accordance with law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.475 of 2017, for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 506 (i) of IPC, r/w 4 of TN Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 and 3 of TN Public Property (Prvnt. Of Damage & Loss) Act, 1992, on 19.12.2017.

3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
