O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to to grant permission to conduct the Kabadi Competition in District Level on 15.05.2018 at 08.00 p.m., to 16.05.2018 at 10.00 a.m., at Kamarajar ground Moonradaippu Village, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District based on the petitioner's representation dated 18.04.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.According to the petitioner, he made a representation dated 18.04.2018 to the respondents to grant permission and protection for conducting "Kabadi night Match" scheduled to be held on 15.05.2018 at 08.00 p.m., to 16.05.2018 at 10.00 a.m., at Kamarajar ground Moonradaippu Village, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District. As no order has been passed in the said representation, the petitioner has filed this writ petition with the aforesaid prayer. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation is still pending with the second respondent. Therefore, this Court may pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appropriate orders to consider the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law.

5.Considering the submission made by both parties, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.04.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law on or before 14.05.2018. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
