2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners herein are accused. He would further submit that there are totally several depositors and they have collected money from the general public and cheated them.

3. In view of the same, the concerned police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.02 of 2020 and file the final report before the concerned Court as expeditiously as possible. 4.
