This Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondents to register the First Information Report, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 27.03.2018 and 10.04.2018.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint for chain missing, before the respondents on 27.03.2018 and 10.04.2018 respectively, but, so far, no action has been taken.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents has submitted that the enquiry is still pending.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry

reveals any cognizable offence, then, he has has to register a case as expeditiously as possible and proceed in accordance with law.
