ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case for an alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 366 and 506(ii) of IPC on the basis of the petitioner complaint dated 28.11.2017. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the closure report and submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Vedachandur Police Station, Dindigul District and after enquiry, the complaint was closed. 3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
