Criminal Appeal is filed under section 14(A)(2) of the Schedule Casts and Tribes Prevention of Atrocities Act, 1989, as amended by Act 1 of 2016, to set aside the order dated 01.02.2021 made in Crl.M.P.No.126 OF 2021 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, (PCR), Virudhunagar at srivilliputhur and enlarge the appellant on bail.

ORDER:- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Muthumalai, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.S.Bharathi, Government Advocate On Behalf of the Respondent, this Court made the following order:

The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the bail condition imposed by this Court on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD) No.64 of 2021 dated 25.02.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is abiding the condition imposed by this Court without any deviation and prayed the condition to be relaxed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) fairly admitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to modify the condition. Hence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A.(MD) No.64 of 2021, dated 25.02.2021, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court weekly once i.e. on every Wednesday morning at 10.30 a.m.. This petition is allowed accordingly.
