This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, against the order passed in E.A.No.14 of 2015 in E.P.No.118 of 2011 in O.S.No.369 of 2005, on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Tenkasi, Tirunelveli District, dated 14.03.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the said endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
