This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.44 of 2011 on the file of the first respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that already investigation has been completed in this case and final report filed before the concerned Court at Theni stating that there are no materials to show that the death certificate has been fabricated and therefore, further action dropped. 4.Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original petition is closed.
