PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint given against the petitioner except under due process of law.

ORDER
According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint preferred by the defacto complainant has been enquired and the same was closed. There is no harassment at the hands of the respondent police as alleged by the petitioner.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
