ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to conduct the investigation in respect of the case in Crime No.231 of 2017, on the file of the second respondent under the direct supervision of any Superior Police Officer or through any other Police Officer and to file a final report. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents.

3.Perused the materials placed on record.

4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the second respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.231 of 2017, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation of the de facto complainant.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
