ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 174 Cr.P.C.,@ Section 306 I.P.C., in Crime No.197 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side).

3.The petitioner is said to have had illicit intimacy with the deceased. He also informed the husband of the deceased, which led to the commission of suicide.

4.Taking note of the perverse contact on the part of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
