ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to revise the pension of the petitioner on par with his juniors, who were promoted as Head Masters subsequent to the petitioner's promotion, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 06.08.2018.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; the learned counsel for the first respondent and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 to 4. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made a representation dated 06.08.2018 pointing out pay anomaly and seeking revision of pension on par with his juniors, who were promoted as Head Masters subsequent to his promotion. But the same is pending without passing any orders. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court seeking the aforesaid relief.
4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 to 4, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits. 5.In such view of the matter, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2018 with regard to pay anomaly and revision of pension and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
6.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
