ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent to give adequate police protection for life and limb of the petitioner and his family members based on the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2024. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.191 of 2024 and that since there existed a temple dispute between the parties, they have been directed to approach the competent civil Court and the complaint was ordered to be closed.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already filed a suit in O.S.No.18 of 2024, and is pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Boothapandi. 2/4

4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this criminal original petition is disposed of.
