ORDER

According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that there is no complaint or petition pending against the petitioner.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
