Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to take appropriate action under Section 20(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 considering the petitioner's Second Appeal dated 08.01.2022 preferred under Section 19(3) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 and his reminder dated 05.03.2022 to the Second Appeal.

*********** This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the first respondent to take appropriate action in the second appeal filed under Section 19(3) of the Right to Information 1/3

Act, 2005 [hereinafter referred to as 'the Act'] which was filed by the petitioner on 08.01.2022 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner seeks for early disposal of his second appeal preferred under Section 19(3) of the Act. The petitioner has filed the second appeal on 08.01.2022 and he has also sent a reminder thereafter on 05.03.2022.

3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the second appeal filed by the petitioner under Section 19(3) of the Act is disposed of within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.Accordingly, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's second appeal dated 08.01.2022 filed under Section 19(3) of the Act within a period of three [3] months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner as well as any other necessary party whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire. 5.With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
