This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2025 within time frame fixed by this Court.
2.According to the petitioner, she sent a representation to the 3rd respondent on 26.02.2025 for the demand of exorbitant interest made by group of people, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has sent her complaint through postal and when they tried to contact the petitioner, she is not residing in the address as stated in her complaint. Therefore, the enquiry is pending. The petitioner has also made complaint for the similar set of allegations before the Harbour Police Station. 4.In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to threat, she is residing with her brother's house for the past two weeks. She is ready to appear before the 3rd respondent for enquiry on 2/4
22.03.2025.
5.Since the prayer of the petitioner is to consider her representation and the same is pending before the 3rd respondent, the petitioner is directed to appear before the 3rd respondent on 22.03.2025. On her appearance, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose the same in accordance with law within a period of one week, thereafter, in accordance with law.
