ORDER
It is an application seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.07.2016.
2.Initially, when the matter is taken up for hearing a representation was made that case will be registered and accordingly, after ten minutes, it was reported that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.419 of 2016 under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 by the second respondent Police. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
