ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register the First Information Report on the basis of the complaint dated 08.07.2017 given by the petitioner. 2.According to the petitioner, the complaint has been made before the respondent police on 08.07.2017, but no action has been taken to register the complaint of the petitioner so far. Hence the present Criminal Original Petition is filed before this Court. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has filed a report stating that the respondent police enquired the complaint and closed as "Civil dispute". A copy of the report is also https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
produced before this Court.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner has also not disputed the said fact. He further submitted that subsequently, a complaint has been preferred by the petitioner before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakkottai and order has been passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.. 5.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
