3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondent Police is harassing the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry within the period of one week by way of registering the case or close the enquiry as no prima facie case made out. The above process shall be completed within the above said period. The petitioners shall cooperate with the enquiry. 5.With the above observations, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
