ORDER

The petitioner wants the petition mentioned property to be surveyed.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate brought to the notice of this Court that in this regard O.S.No.28 of 2018 has been filed before the Principal District Munsif Court, Manamadurai.

3. In view of the pendency of the suit, this Court cannot grant any relief at this stage. The right of the petitioner has not been adjudicated. The Writ Petition is closed accordingly. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter. No costs.
