This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the revision petitioner to direct the learned III Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli to dispose of M.H.O.P.No.189 of 2017, within a stipulated time.

C.R.P(PD)(MD).No. 932 of 2022 2.Heard the learned counsels appearing for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3.The revision petitioners are the petitioners in M.H.O.P.No.189 of 2017 and filed petition against the respondents. Perusal of records show that already trial begins and PW1 has filed his proof affidavit only on 09.02.2022. Now, the case is posted for cross examination of PW1. In the meantime, change of vakalat also filed for the first respondent.

4.Since the matter is part heard and pending from the year 2017, the learned III Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli is directed to dispose of M.H.O.P.No.189 of 2017, as expeditiously as possible. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
