ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the first respondent to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners and their family members on the basis of representation sent by the petitioners on 04.08.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the documents submitted by all the petitioners were not considered by the respondent police and the second respondent frequently called the petitioners and harassed them under the guise of enquiry. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the presence of the petitioners is required in respect of a complaint preferred by one Pratab who has alleged job rocketing. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The respondent police undertakes that they will issue summons to the petitioners giving specific date, time and place and the 2nd respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner. The undertaking given by the respondents is recorded. 5.In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) and the learned counsel for the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to consider the documents produced by the petitioners 1 to 3 and take a decision in accordance with law. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
