ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 506(i) of IPC and also Section 103(a) and 104 of Trade Marks Act, 1999 in Crime No.226 of 2018 on the file of the Alangulam Police Station, Tirunelvlei District.

2.The defacto complainant and one Veeraputhiran had went to a tea shop which is said to have run by the petitioner. They purchased No.91 AC Beedi. It was found by the defacto complainant that it was not an original product. Therefore, this was questioned by him and that the petitioner is said to have abused the defacto complainant and threatened with dire consequences. 3.Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam, Tirunelveli District and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.
