ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, Madurai District to complete the case in C.C No.16 of 2020 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case is pending trial without any progress.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that some of the witnesses have been examined in this case.

4. Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, Madurai District to dispose the case pending in C.C No.16 of 2020 within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.
