ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to produce the body or person of the detenue who is the petitioner's daughter namely, Lavanya, D/o.M.Ramesh, aged about 21 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

The detenue has been secured and produced before this Court by the respondents / Police. We enquired the detenue. She stated that she is aged 22 years and she voluntarily went out of her home. She further stated that out of her own volition, she married one Balamurugan, who is working in a Gas company and now she wanted to go with her husband. Thus, there is no illegal detention of the detenue.
