ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the learned Additional Mahila Judge, (Judicial Magistrate Level), Pudukkottai to dispose the DVC No.02 of 2021 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case is pending trial without any progress.

3. Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional Mahila Judge, (Judicial Magistrate Level), Pudukkottai to dispose the case pending in DVC No.02 of 2021 within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings. Further the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail and co-operate for trial.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
