O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to file final report in Crime No. 410 of 2017. 2.According to the petitioner, he is the second accused in this case. Based on the complaint of the 2nd respondent, the present FIR has been registered against the petitioner and others. Thereafter, the respondent police have not conducted proper investigation and not filed final report for the past 7 years. Hence, this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in this case they have already completed the investigation on 27.10.2023. However, they have to file final report before the jurisdictional Court. Hence, he seeks one month time to file a final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court.

4.Since the prayer of the petitioner is to file final report and the respondent police also admitted that the investigation has been completed and final report is yet to be filed before the concerned Court, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate

Court, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
