ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to transfer the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.244 of 2022 from the file of the Subordinate Court, Poonamallee, to the file of the Family Court, Madurai.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent herein filed a Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition before the Principal Seat of this Court in Tr.C.M.P.No.359 of 2022, seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.29 of 2022 from the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, to the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee. The Principal Seat of this Court, by order dated 28.09.2022, granted the relief and transferred H.M.O.P.No.244 of 2022 from the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee, to the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, for joint trial along with 2/4

H.M.O.P.No.29 of 2022. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

3. In view of the same, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
