Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of Certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order in the form of notice dated Nil affixed on the restaurant premises M/s.Kannan Restaurant at Central Bus Stand, Trichy on 09.03.2019 by the 1st respondent and to quash the same and consequently directing the 1st respondent to remove the lock and seal of the petitioner's restaurant in the name and style of M/s.Kannan Restaurant at Central Bus Stand, Trichy and to restore possession of the petitioner so as to enable the petitioner to run the restaurant.
