ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court, dated 26.09.2024 made in W.P.(MD).No.21232 of 2024, wherein this Court has directed the fourth respondent to issue cheque for a sum of Rs.13,000/- within a period of twelve weeks. 2.In compliance of the order of this Court, the respondent has issued proceedings on 06.03.2025, directing to credit the amount to the account of the petitioner.
