ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to take immediate action in the case in Crime No.7 of 2016 pending on the file of the second respondent and to file a final report before the concerned Court, within a time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The petitioner states that he lodged a complaint against few individuals in Crime No.7 of 2016 for the alleged offences under Sections 120(b), 406, 420, 506(i), 294(b) of I.P.C. It is stated that there was no further progress in the investigation and that therefore a direction by this Court to file a final report within a stipulated time will be in the interest of justice.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the nature of the complaint given by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction:- "The second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.7 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
