PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to give any one job to the petitioner on compassionate ground, based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2019.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to provide job to the petitioner on compassionate ground, based on the her representation dated 05.06.2019.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed in the first respondent Society and hence, the writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
