Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 06/07/2015 passed by the District Munsif, Palani,made in I.A.No. 147 of 2015 in O.S. No. 8 of 2009.

ORDER:

This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Dindigul, vide the letter in D.No. 9756 / 2018 dated 06.10.2018 and upon hearing of Mr.M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate for the Petitioner, this court made the following order: The learned counsel for the petitioners is present. 2.The learned District Munsif, Palani, through the learned Principal District Judge, Dindigul, seeks time for a period of two months to dispose of the case in O.S.No.8 of 2009. 3.Time is extended for a period of two months and the learned District Munsif, Palani, is directed to complete the trial and to dispose of the case in O.S.No.8 of 2009 within a period two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The Registry is directed to send the copy of this order to the Trial Court immediately.
